In India, Rice Grits are used to prepare Fresh Rice Halwa, Dosa Mix, Idli Mix, Rice Noodles and Some Kind of Sweets etc.

It can also be mixed with the Soft Wheat Semolina to give different taste in the preparations of food. Due to no gluten and very less fats it is easily digestible.
